I am a Year 6 ākonga/student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My kaiko/teacher is Whaea Miki. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful, and helpful when you leave me a comment.
Hello Bloggers today I am going to be showing you some Anzac facts that I did today. This is my 2nd activity of 6. I hope you enjoy reading this post. I feel proud that I have finished this piece of work today. Here is my work I have done.
Good work Angel. ANZAC day is always such an important day to express our gratitude for the life we have now. Did you stand at the end of your driveway this year? The Last Post always makes my eyes leak a bit!!
Hello Keri. Thank's for commenting on my blog. I did not stand at the gate this year because I did not get up early enough. I normally do not wake up that early like 6:00 but sometimes I do. Have a good day. -Angel.
Nice work Angel. I hope you feel like you have a better understanding of why ANZAC day is so important to New Zealand. Did you have a look at the 360 degree videos of around Gallipoli? I think the photos of the cliffs are amazing because it give you a bit of an idea about how tough it must have been for the soldiers to have to climb them. Such brave men!
