Today I am going to be showing you my work about my DLO kakapo, In our class, we have reading groups and in my reading group my reading group is the polar bears. In the polar bear group we had to do a DLO about birds I choose the kakapo bird. The polar bear group read a book about kakapos.
Good morning Angel, thanks for sharing your work on the Kakapo. I really like how you have put some of the information you have found about how people are protecting the Kakapo into your own words. This is a really important reading and writing skill! I didn't know you could adopt a Kakapo? I bet you can't keep it at your house though! Do you know how someone would go about adopting a Kakapo? Next time it would be great if you could include some more information in your post about what you did as part of this reading work. Don't forget that lots of your readers won't understand the learning you have been doing. Keep up the great work Angel and I look forward to seeing you next term.
